Our LB308 pre-qualification covers two categories, both squarely in what we build and run every day:

Virtual / Cloud (General). Secure Australian hosting on our own hardware, co-located in a Tier 2 Brisbane data centre and maintained by our 24/7 on-call team. Shared and virtual-machine hosting, with managed services (content, security posture) and constant monitoring of both your services and our own infrastructure. Delivered through our Australian Cloud Servers.

Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS). Branded iOS and Android business apps with a customisable admin backend, built for real field needs: timesheets, expense claims, secure messaging, field manuals, geo-tagging, even augmented reality. Includes our own products Smacker! and Looking Glass Workplace, plus custom-built SaaS.

Beyond LB308, the same Brisbane team also builds custom software, apps and integrations for clients directly.

Hosting. We host and maintain public websites for a Brisbane primary health network, including uptime monitoring and the third-party licences that let them hold a single point of responsibility across several sites.
